Hi, I’m Sue welcome to my holistic site.

Being creative has always been my passion, as well as helping others. 

Having roles as a designer, teacher and therapist - it can be challenging to balance all the work/home expectations. Even now I am still continuing to learn to create that balance in my own well-being and make a difference in my day to day life.

I enjoy creatively using different bodywork modalities from simple massage, movement techniques to pulsing, or alternative, complimentary, therapeutic, energy, sound or mindful mediation and crafting.

I believe by being creative and flexible allows us the space and permission to reconnect and meet with where our own body and mind are present, and creating inner calmness and in our lives.
